• Valid proper ID with current address is required to process membership and to transact all club business including the redemption of points and offers. All transactions must be done in person at Wheeling Island Gaming.
• Wheeling Island Gaming will be sending club members exclusive offers and valuable information through the mail.
• It is the responsibility of the member to properly insert the card into a reader box of an eligible slot machine before play begins. Some machines at Wheeling Island Gaming do not feature reader boxes, and play on these machines does not quality for the program.
• New members will be issued the standard Players Club card.
• Diamond, Platinum and Gold cards are issued based on play history.
• Wheeling Island Gaming is not responsible for machine malfunctions.
• Membership, rewards and benefits of the club are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Members may not distribute their card(s) to other players. Only the cardholder may accrue points to his or her account.
• Employees of Wheeling Island Gaming persons licensed by the West Virginia Lottery Commission and persons licensed by the West Virginia Racing Commission as on-the-grounds employees are ineligible. Ineligible persons include employees of Delaware North Companies, Inc., or its subsidiaries. Sportsystems and Wheeling Island Gaming.
• Wheeling Island Gaming reserves the right not to honor any offer if it is determined that any materials have reproduced or altered.
• Wheeling Island Gaming will not be held responsible for lost or stolen cards. Member must report lost or stolen cards to the Reward Center immediately. Wheeling Island Gaming not to share or sell information to any entity and to divulge the records only as required by law.
• The Wheeling Island Players Club is subject to the requirements of the West Virginia Lottery Commission.
• Program not available where prohibited by law or regulation.
• Membership in the Player Club is voluntary.
• Only individual accounts may be opened.
• Wheeling Island Gaming reserves the right to expunge any bonuses or points accumulated or to close any account that has been inactive for a period of six months or more.
• Wheeling Island Gaming reserves the right to revoke or deny application for the Players Club if it is determined that the individual has not complied with club rules or the intention of this program.
• Wheeling Island Gaming reserves the right to alter or terminate this program at any time, and to alter, terminate or substitute any promotional offers without notice.
• Members may be subject to additional or revised rules and conditions. Additional rules may apply to specific promotions.
• Membership cards are the property of Wheeling Island Gaming and must be surrendered upon request.
• Use of membership card indicates acceptance of Wheeling Island Gaming Players Club membership rules and regulations.
• Members may be removed from the Preferred Players Club by calling 1-304-232-7005 at any time 24-hours per day. A subsequent release from must be signed and matching photo identification must be presented at the Reward Center. The player may not be re-enrolled unless it is requested in writing.
