Managerial Openings:

Island Buffet Manager

Manages the front of the house restaurant operations of an assigned venue(s) including the development and growth of associates, revenue, and profit.


Staff Accountant

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and completion of the general ledger close process


Surveillance Operations Manager

Oversee the daily Gaming operation of the surveillance department to ensure adequate training is provided for protection of company, associate and guest assets, and to assure that rules and procedures are being followed.


Assistant Director Food and Beverage
Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in overseeing, organizing and managing all food and beverage department operations.


Cage Shift Manager
Manage cage operations on assigned shifts ensuring that all rules and procedures are being followed and superior customer service is being provided. 

Openings in various departments:

Gift Shop Cashier

Accurately process gift shop transactions and maintain gift shop environment displaying a high standard of guest service. 


Security Officer

Patrol the facility, and stand post at the entrance of the gaming areas or the kennels.

 

EMS Officer

Respond to medical calls and provide emergency medical services to those in need, in compliance with established WV EMS First Responder protocols and training. WV certification required


Purchasing Agent

Perform and monitor all purchasing related activities in the Food and Beverage department


PPC Rep (Customer Service)

Assist customers in all Preferred Player Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service 

 

Database Marketing & Research Specialist

Accurately input, extract, analyze and maintain data for the marketing department.

Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of house areas such as linen room and laundry areas, according to company policy and procedures at a level that meets or exceeds company standards

Surveillance Officer

Perform surveillance of facility and monitor procedural violations and illegal activity while maintaining confidentiality regulations

 

Surveillance Technician
Handle overall installation, testing, preventative maintenance, maintenance, modification, problem diagnosis and technical operation of surveillance video and audio equipment

Surveillance Supervisor

Oversee Surveillance operations to ensure that all rules and procedures are being followed 

 Special Events Coordinator
Effectively design, coordinate, execute and summarize all events, parties, promotions, and giveaways designed to drive business and increase revenue. 

Main Banker

Perform daily vault operations, including verification and balancing of assets received, prepare deposits and money banks. Must have basic math skills and be available for holidays, weekends, and shift work.


 Check Cashing Clerk
Provide information and check cashing services to customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service

Cage Cashier
Accurately issue bags of coin and soft money to employees, make change and process coins and tickets to customers in a professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service

Revenue Audit

Perform audits of daily revenue activity, including gaming and other sources within the company.

Leadout
Escort and responsible for the general supervision of each Greyhound they are assigned to the starting box.  Also responsible for returning their assigned Greyhound to the proper kennel representative when the race is completed in a safe and efficient matter.


 Dishwasher
Produce clean, dry and sanitized dishware in a timely manner while keeping trashcans empty and kitchen floors clean.


 Line Cook
Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards

Concessions Attendant
Cook, prepare and serve food items according to specs in an efficient manner while displaying the highest standard of guest service. 

Cashier
Complete cash and non-cash transactions while displaying a high standard of customer service

Bus Person
Ensure guests dine in a clean and sanitary environment while displaying a high standard of guest service

Food Runner
 Delivering prepared menu items to guests in a courteous and efficient manner

Server
Provide dining service to all guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner

Pantry
Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards

Commissary Stock
Receive and issue food and beverage products while maintaining the cleanliness of food and beverage venues

Banquet Production
Prepare food items that are appetizing according to recipes and quality standards

Banquet Server

Efficiently serve food and beverage products in an efficient manner displaying a high standard of guest service
